1. General
These terms govern the relationship between Mireya (hereinafter "the Merchant") and any natural or legal person placing a bouquet order through the mireya.bg website.
2. Orders
Orders are placed through the checkout form on the website. After receiving an order, our manager will contact you in the chosen messenger (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) to confirm the details and send a payment link.
3. Payment
There is no online payment on the website. The payment link is sent by our manager after the order is confirmed. Accepted methods: bank card (via secure link), bank transfer. Payment is made before delivery.
4. Delivery
نوصّل في دبي وأبوظبي. غالبًا في نفس اليوم — الوقت الدقيق يؤكده مدير الطلب.
5. Right of withdrawal and exchange
نظرًا لطبيعة السلع القابلة للتلف (الأزهار الحيّة)، لا يسري حق الانسحاب بعد إعداد الباقة وتسليمها للمندوب — بما يتوافق مع ممارسات حماية المستهلك في الإمارات للسلع القابلة للتلف والمخصّصة.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام، وأي علاقات قانونية ناشئة عن استخدام موقع mireya.ae والسلع المطلوبة من خلاله، لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
