Where do you deliver?+
Anywhere in Dubai and Abu Dhabi — Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, JBR, Dubai Marina, DIFC, Business Bay, Corniche, Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Reem Island.
Do you offer same-day delivery?+
Yes — 24/7 same-day delivery within Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Order via WhatsApp and our manager confirms the exact time.
How do you handle heat and humidity?+
All bouquets travel in refrigerated vehicles. Flowers are hand-conditioned and delivered in a hydration wrap; each bouquet ships with care instructions.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific time?+
Add a preferred time in the order notes at checkout and our manager confirms the exact time on WhatsApp — there are no fixed delivery windows to choose from.
Do you deliver to other cities?+
Currently Dubai and Abu Dhabi. For other Emirates — write to us via WhatsApp, we may find a solution.
Delivery
How much is delivery?+
Dubai: 70 AED same-day, 50 AED next-day. Abu Dhabi: 150 AED same-day, 120 AED next-day. All prices exclude 5% VAT. No minimum order — order any bouquet, we deliver.
Do you deliver to hotels and residences?+
Yes — all major hotels (Burj Al Arab, Atlantis, Emirates Palace, Rosewood, Four Seasons), private residences, offices, and event venues.
Can I add a card with a personal message?+
Yes — every order includes a handwritten card. Add your message at checkout or via WhatsApp.
How fast can you deliver?+
Same-day delivery across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, subject to florist availability. Express delivery (2–3 hours) are available on request via WhatsApp.

Can I visit your atelier?+
Yes, by appointment only. Our atelier is at Nakheel Mall LG Level, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. Mireya is a delivery-only luxury florist — we don't operate a walk-in showroom.
How do I place an order?+
Order via WhatsApp for the fastest turnaround. You can also order online through the website — our manager confirms every order on WhatsApp.
