Right of withdrawal & refunds
Because the goods are live flowers, refund rules are more specific than for a standard online shop. Three scenarios:
1. Before preparation (≥ 4 hours to delivery)
Full refund to the original payment method. No deductions. Processing time up to 5 business days.
2. After preparation, before delivery
Refund minus the cost of flowers (typically 30–50% of the order). The exact figure depends on the bouquet and is confirmed with our florist via WhatsApp.
3. After delivery
The right of withdrawal does not apply once the bouquet has been prepared and delivered, in line with UAE consumer-protection practice for perishable goods. For quality issues — see the “Freshness guarantee” page.
Refund processing time
5 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer — up to 7 business days.
