1. Who we are

Mireya is a luxury floral atelier delivering across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The mireya.ae website processes your personal data solely to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries and improve the service.

2. What data we collect

  • Name and phone of the customer and recipient
  • Delivery address (only for courier delivery)
  • Email (optional)
  • Preferred messenger for contact
  • Order history (for service)
  • Technical data: IP, browser, pages (for analytics and security)

3. Purposes of processing

  • Fulfilling the order (delivery, payment, confirmation)
  • Contacting you in the chosen messenger
  • Sending email about order status
  • Analysing site usage and improvements

4. Retention period

Order data is kept for 3 years (for accounting and tax purposes). Technical web analytics data — up to 26 months.

6. Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies — for the cart, language settings, login and remembering your cookie choice. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.

7. Bouquet recipient data

When you place an order we process the recipient's data (name, phone, delivery address) on the legal basis of Art. 6.1.b GDPR — performance of a delivery contract. The orderer confirms by ticking the consent box at checkout that they have the recipient's permission to share that data with us. Additionally (under legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f) we retain the recipient's preferences and bouquet history so we can offer better service on future orders.

We keep customer and recipient data for as long as it's needed to provide our service and to improve quality. To request deletion, write to info@mireya.ae — we will anonymise your information within 30 days (financial fields on order records are kept for the legally required period in anonymised form).
