1. General
These terms govern the relationship between Mireya (hereinafter "the Merchant") and any natural or legal person placing a bouquet order through the mireya.bg website.
2. Orders
Orders are placed through the checkout form on the website. After receiving an order, our manager will contact you in the chosen messenger (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) to confirm the details and send a payment link.
3. Payment
There is no online payment on the website. The payment link is sent by our manager after the order is confirmed. Accepted methods: bank card (via secure link), bank transfer. Payment is made before delivery.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Dubai and Abu Dhabi — often same-day, with the exact time confirmed by our florist via WhatsApp after your order.
5. Right of withdrawal and exchange
Due to the perishable nature of the goods (live flowers), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the bouquet has been prepared and dispatched, in line with UAE consumer-protection practice for perishable and personalised goods.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, together with any legal relations arising from the use of the mireya.ae website and the goods ordered through it, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
